Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 2 or more business days. However, delivery times can vary depending on the origin and destination of the item.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order, but only if it hasn’t been packed yet. Once packing has begun, we're unable to make any changes or cancellations.
I wrote my address incorrectly, what do I do?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we are able to update the delivery address.
Please make sure you review your details thoroughly, that includes address, name and the contents within your order before finalising your purchase. I am not responsible for any lost packages delivered to wrongly input addresses that I have not been notified of.
I haven't received my order, what do I do?
If you haven't received your order, please first check your tracking information for any updates or unforeseen delays. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it is handed over to the courier for delivery.
